Also to revisit the 5 Steps to Recognizing Egoic Reality etc. The reality is that I am continuously grateful for these guidances, much of which are big aha… moments for me. Looking at, feeling and knowing how beautiful our souls are and having the tenacity to champion our way out of the “arena of the ego” rewards us with our truest nature, ascended love, joy, peace, bliss. In this moment I am honoring all and am so grateful for these divine teachings!

For me life is a series of these pyramids, ever ascending as I go, allowing me to peel more and more ego away. It’s funny how when I reach an ah-ha moment that informs and transforms my life, new “pyramids” present themselves on my journey of learning all about my soul’s mission and raison d’etre, and in learning how to love myself unconditionally with full consciousness. I am so happy to be on this journey now with so much support “out there” from such loving people as Sri and Kira. Practice, practice, practice is not only the way to Carnegie Hall, it’s the way to IS-ness and One-ness.

So how does one follow the heart consciously and not follow the ego unaware? Or is it ALL a process?
