July 2025 Integration Practice:
Breathing Life into your Body
July awareness includes deep connection with your body! This is the month to BREATHE new life into your body and to let it know YOU ARE HERE!
To breathe life into your body is a simple process AND it demands your full attention for 8 minutes. As you enter into this practice, be sure you have a full 10 minute window where you will not be interrupted.
Begin by sitting or lying down comfortably and insuring that you are relaxed. You can play soft music if you like however it is best to have music without words.
- Gently begin to breathe with a focus on the inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Continue with gentle breathing until you feel relaxed.
- Consciously direct your breath to each of the chakras beginning with the root chakra.
- Spend a full minute breathing with conscious awareness for each chakra.
- Continue with a full minute of breath for each chakra completing with the EIGHTH or Lotus chakra just above the head.
- After you have completed 8 minutes of breath ( one minute for each chakra), bring yoru hands to your heart center and smile broadly.
- Listen to your body and call forward conscious JOY and appreciation!
Offering your-self this gift once per day throughout the month will revitalize your body and invite a greater sense of spaciousness and ease into your life.

Notice what you are noticing about your body as the higher chakras are leading. Often this can be confusing as the lower chakras are waiting for you to command this moment! The high heart is leading so the lungs are expressing. If you notice anything in your lungs go deeper within and notice the awareness of old grief looking to be released.
