Discovering your Infinite Presence
This process is a gift you give yourself. It only requires your commitment to a minimum of five quiet minutes. Begin by preparing your sacred space as follows:
- Determine if you are sitting or lying down.
- Prepare your room with soft lighting or if outside be sure your eyes are comfortable.
- Sit or lie down and simply gaze forward. If you are lying down that will most likely mean your ceiling if you are on your back. If seated just gaze comfortably straight ahead.
- Notice what you are noticing as you gaze.
- Go through each of the medicines of consciousness beginning with the physical. How are you feeling?
- What is your emotional body trying to share?
- How is your mind responding to this gazing?
- What is your spiritual awareness wanting you to hear?
- Observe these self-inquiries as you relax your eyes to half closed and closed. Simply opening halfway and closing again, repeat this process until you feel called to close your eyes and relax even more.
- Consciously invite your infinite Divine nature to come forward and continue the journey.
- With your eyes remaining closed and your breath natural, observe your-self as you trust your inner voice ever more.
- Let go of the perception of time and trust that within five minutes you will call forward ever more self-remembrance as Peace, Love and JOY anchor within the knowing.
