This month is the simple process of attention. The gift of KNOWING that you are capable of and ready to TRUST your-self! To do so is simple yet it is not easy. It requires your commitment for this full month to one small practice that will illuminate your self-trust.

All you need is your presence to set this self-trusting pattern into motion.

1. Frequently throughout the day and especially when you feel off balance or are seeking answers. Physically place your hand on your high heart in the center of your chest.
2. Inhale through our nose and exhale deeply through your mouth.
3. Say aloud or to your-self: “In this moment…I trust MY SELF.”
4. Consciously call forward a smile as you relax your hand
