Remember to arrange your airfare to arrive into either Guayaquil or Cuenca, Ecuador. Airport transportation starts at $35 and can range to $150 based upon your day/time/location of arrival. Feel free to reach out for assistance with your reservations. We will do our best to group you with others!
You are required to arrive at the TH on September 19, 2025 before 5:00PM. If you arrive into Guayaquil airport your flight must arrive prior to 10am to arrive on time at TH. If you cannot arrive to TH before 5pm September 19, please arrive a day early! There are airport accommodations or arrive at TH early and enjoy all of the amenities as you adjust to the mountain freshness!

Plan A: Program balance of $800 paid in one installment prior to August 28, 2025. Installment plans with multiple payments incur a $50 administrative charge
Plan B: Two equal payments of $425 due on August 10 and September 10, 2025. You will receive a reminder prior to the due date. Payments made after the due date will be charged a $25 late fee.
Four simple steps to participate on the journey:
Your journey will be confirmed upon receipt of your $199 non-refundable deposit or early one pay of $799. If you are choosing Plan A or B please advise with your deposit.
You will need valid passport to travel to Ecuador. Tourist visas are issued upon arrival without the need for application prior to arriving. Check visa requirements for your country of origin.
Your passport must have at least six months remaining to enter Ecuador. Please check your dates.
We encourage you to purchase your airfare as soon as possible. There are amazingly affordable round trip tickets to and from Guayaquil, Ecuador! (GYE airport code) and Cuenca. From Cuenca, you are 45 minutes to TOSA Blue Mountain Sanctuary.

Refund Policy
Your $199 reservation deposit secures a limited space and therefore is non-refundable for any/all reasons without exception. Cancellation for any reason prior to August 28, 2025, and if your spot is also filled by another person, you will receive back 50% of your payments, (other than your reservation deposit of $199), upon confirmation & payment of the person filling your slot.
After August 28, 2025 all payments are non-refundable.
