July 2026 Integration Practice:
The Energetic Womb of RE-BIRTH, RE-INVENTION, REMEMBRANCE
This practice is best accomplished as a seated meditation. Begin by getting comfortable and insuring you have at least 7-10 minutes of quiet uninterrupted time. Before you begin offer yourself a moment to gaze at the visual here and to simply notice and possibly FEEL your star consciousness opening and calling forward greater remembrance.
Star Consciousness is the direct connection point, for this body of form, that opens your ability to see beyond the limitation of this one sense of reality. The bridge between this world and your cosmic abilities. If you desire you may have soft instrumental music playing in the background, (without words).
Once you are comfortable, bring any finger to your third eye, (the space between your eyebrows), as you inhale a deep spacious breath. Upon the exhale move your finger approximately 1.5 inches upward toward the hairline and discover the point known as your Star Consciousness. Trust yourself and simply rest your finger on this point. Breathe deeply again and exhale.
Keeping your finger on this spot begin to make a small spiral. It matters not which direction, and you may discover you need to go one direction and then another. Continue making this small spiral until you feel complete and then rest your hand and close your eyes.
Feel the area that you just touched on your forehead. Notice what you are noticing and then relax evermore into the eternal spiral that carries ALL of your mastery memories and creation abilities.
