March 2026 Integration Practice:
Opening the Eight-pointed Star as In-formed Conscious Awareness
The eight-pointed star is the gateway to your eternal presence and carries with it the beauty and the manifested gift of the eternal within. This is calling YOU to remember beyond that which is seeking to stop your divine in-body-ment.
As you remember your-self as the living ankh, (the five points of eternal life: head, two hands, two feet), you can uplevel/illuminate this energy through the trinity of the heart, star consciousness, (about 1.5 inches above your third eye), and your lotus (eighth) chakra.
Standing is optimal way to ignite this energy however you can do this lying down or seated if needed and you want to repeat this often, daily is great. With your spine straight and your legs at shoulder width apart, breathe into your feet. Feel them illuminate with the presence of your eternal nature and smile.
Then open and close your hands as you call the energy from your feet to rise into your hands. Feel your hands ignite as they offer you the depth of healing presence ignition. Then, breathe up into your head and notice the gift of eternal nature filling you. There is no need to rush this and remain here until you feel the pulsing energy of enteral life within.
As you feel this gift it is time to ignite your-self as the eight-pointed star.
Bring the middle finger of any hand to your heart center and breathe. Exhale and APPRECIATE your physical heart and high-heart simultaneously. Simply repeat out loud or to yourelf: Thank you I love you … over and over until your feel complete.
Then, bring that energy up into your star consciousness as you ignite the ever-refining spiral of eternal life to come forward and assist. You may feel dizzy and that is ok…if you are standing and want to sit, feel free.
From here see the louts that YOU ARE as it begins to bloom within your eighth, (Lotus) chakra. Feel the blooming louts, notice its color and textures and then witness the eight-pointed star rise from this beauty-full gift and illuminate your journey with ever greater Peace, love and joy!
