January 2026 Integration Practice:
Igniting Alchemical Transformation
To call forward the depth of your ability to transform through the energy that is present is a gift that you can open at any time. The key to igniting your Alchemical Transformation is to offer your attention to the shift beyond the mind.
Optimally practice this in the morning upon rising and in the evening prior to sleeping. This simple yet activating practice will reveal more and more and you are encouraged to keep a small journal, even a piece of paper is fine, to record the sensations and inspirations you experience during the process.
Begin by offering yourself at least 2-3 uninterrupted minutes of quiet and deep self-reflection. This timeframe is simply to settle into your space, sitting or lying down, and to notice your breath. Focus upon your breath and continue to relax and prepare through this process.
Once you arrive into the settled space and the breath is relaxed and spacious, bring your hands to your first chakra and simply focus on this one insight:

Repeating this three times with your hands on your first chakra, be attentive to RECEIVE what you hear immediately. Be careful to avoid doubt and if you feel that you are hearing/knowing a response that may not seem like it ‘should’ be from the first chakra is irrelevant. What matters is to TRUST what you hear and make a note.
Continue with this inquiry three times for all EIGHT chakras (include the lotus above the crown), and as you complete the process notice what you are noticing and SMILE!
