September 2026 Integration Practice:
The Energetic Womb of Rebirth

The six ultimately defines itself as the Merkabah of Self-Ascension. To gift yourself with this divine connection and revelation is to bravely allow yourself to walk through the discomfort of the Individ-u-will as you re-cognize your-self again. To go beyond the fields of fear, doubt and hesitancy.
Say YES to you and set aside a minimum of 30 minutes an optimally more for this process.
Begin by optimally relaxing in a tub of water. If that is not possible simply get comfortable while lying down. Once you are comfortable relax your breath and body as you feel yourself floating on a pillow of loving support.
Give in to the sensation of floating and if closing your eyes and visualizing this experience assists you to do feel free. Let go of any expectation and/or judgement of what you may or may not be feeling.
As you float on this pillow of loving support, relax into receiving the gift of Gaia supporting you throughout your entire journey. Consciously RECEIVE and offer thanks in a way that warms your heart and honors this moment with equanimity.
As you connect with gratitude you will notice a “lifting” energy that is forming a cocoon of safety all around you. This is the golden spiral of the internal Merkabah of Self-Ascension. Step into the spiral, ignite your heart evermore and allow yourself to re-birth and re-member.
