Restoring Balance through Star Consciousness
Star consciousness is the “third eye” of our cosmic presence. It is the energy field that connects us to our eternal Oneness and Soul energy. It is easy to discover and once you open it, the blessing of its effect on your third eye are profound. With your Star Consciousness activated your mind relaxes and remembers that YOU ARE IN CHARGE. And this ignites the memories and trust in them that moves you forward on your journey quickly and easily!
How to active your Star Consciousness:
- Bring a fingertip to your third eye (point between the eyebrows), and inhale deeply. As you exhale move that fingertip UP about 1.5 inches to near the hairline.
- Close your eyes and take in a deep breath. Notice this area. You will feel it as you trust your-self and notice that it seems to “lock in” your finger. (If you are not sure, let go of doubt and trust where you are on your forehead.)
- Begin to create a small spiral on this area with your finger. Breathing an focusing upon this area as you do.
- Once you feel complete bring your hands into prayer position in front of your heart as you relax and close your eyes.
- Call your attention to your star consciousness and hold the gift of greeting your-self here.
- Focus upon the revelations that this connection is offering. It can be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. THEY ALL MATTER.
- Feel the gift of universal wisdom and memories flooding into you. Relax more and let the mind rest. If needed repeat placing your finger on this area and creating the small spiral energy to set the intention of cosmic remembrance.
- Keeping your hands in prayer position in front of your heart, inhale deeply and as you relax out your breath open your eyes and call forward to presence of greeting EVERY-thing Star-to-Star.
